At PartsDirect.parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a part, please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact our team to arrange the return and receive instructions.
- Invoice Requirement: A copy of your original invoice must be included with all returns.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
- Condition of Returns: Parts must be uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We cannot accept used, installed, tried, or electrical parts.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
Return Window:

Cancellations:
- Orders, or portions of orders, may be canceled at any time before shipment.
- If the item was a special order from the manufacturer, a 15% restocking fee may apply even for cancellations.
