Shipping Policy

At PartsDirect, we know your vehicle is important to you, and you need it fixed fast. That’s why we work hard to get your parts to you quickly, reliably, and with minimal hassle.

In-Stock Orders:
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Special Orders / Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item is not in stock, it may ship directly from the manufacturer or one of our partner distribution centers. Most of these orders arrive within 2–3 business days and will be shipped promptly. Some items may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive and will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

Order Completion:
The majority of orders ship complete within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Times:
Standard ground shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost.

Oversized Items:
Oversized orders may incur extra shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval before shipment.

Carrier Selection:
We reserve the right to substitute carriers when necessary to reduce shipping costs for our customers.

Transit Times:
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times for ground or oversized shipments.

Backordered or Discontinued Parts:
If a part is backordered or discontinued, we will do our best to locate it quickly for you.

International Orders:
We currently do not ship internationally.

COD Orders:
We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
