PartsDirect.parts is a trade name of RevolutionParts Inc, an automotive eCommerce technology company incorporated in the State of Arizona.

PartsDirect.parts is the aftermarket-focused partner of OEMPartsOnline.com, also operated by RevolutionParts Inc. All orders are fulfilled through authorized wholesale distribution partners including PartsAuthority, The Parts House, and Rough Country.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PartsDirect.parts, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We may update these Terms at any time — your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You may use PartsDirect.parts for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information when placing orders or creating an account
• Use automated tools to access the site in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for any user who violates these Terms.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and fitment data are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all product information is complete, current, or error-free. Product availability and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Fitment and Compatibility

Fitment data — including year, make, model, engine, and trim compatibility — is provided as a convenience to assist in parts selection. This data is sourced from our distribution partners and catalog providers.

Brand and Trademark References

Brand names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this site are used solely for fitment identification and parts compatibility purposes. They remain the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by any brand or vehicle manufacturer.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel at no charge.

Payment

Payment is processed by PayPal Commerce Platform, which supports Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal Express checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order placement.

PartsDirect.parts does not store, process, or have access to your full card numbers. All payment data is handled by PayPal. See our Payment Policy for details.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state and local tax laws.

6. Order Processing

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order or a guarantee of availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Pricing or product description errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Items that become unavailable after order placement
• Shipping address verification failures

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped, at no charge and with no fees of any kind.

There is no cancellation fee for any order cancelled before shipment, regardless of whether the item is in stock, on order, or fulfilled through a distribution partner.

8. Shipping and Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled through authorized wholesale distribution partners — PartsAuthority, The Parts House, and Rough Country — who ship directly to you.

Estimated delivery times consist of processing time (1–3 business days) plus ground transit time (2–7 business days), for a total estimated delivery of 3–10 business days. Orders with multiple items from different brands may ship separately and arrive on different days.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally or accept COD orders.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are exempt from the restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, within 4–5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No prepaid return labels are provided.

10. Warranties

All parts sold through PartsDirect.parts are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Most parts carry a minimum 1-year warranty; terms vary by brand and product.

PartsDirect.parts and RevolutionParts Inc do not offer any independent product warranty beyond the manufacturer's coverage, and do not make any express or implied warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on PartsDirect.parts — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of RevolutionParts Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written permission from RevolutionParts Inc, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for fitment identification purposes as described in Section 4.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevolutionParts Inc and PartsDirect.parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle damage resulting from incorrect part selection or improper installation
• Labor costs, towing, diagnostics, or other consequential expenses
• Loss of use of a vehicle or other property
• Any damages arising from reliance on fitment data that was not independently verified

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevolutionParts Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Most issues can be resolved within 24–48 hours through direct contact with our support team.

Payment Disputes

If you initiated payment through PayPal Commerce Platform, you may also file a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center in accordance with PayPal's buyer protection policies.

Formal Disputes

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration under Section 14 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide more prominent notice, such as a notice on the homepage or an email to registered account holders.
