1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold on PartsDirect.parts are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. RevolutionParts Inc is an authorized reseller and acts as a facilitator for warranty claims; all warranty terms, coverage decisions, and resolutions are determined solely by the manufacturer of each product.

The standard manufacturer warranty for most products carried on PartsDirect.parts is a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.

2. What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase

  • Parts that fail under normal operating conditions within the manufacturer's stated warranty period

  • Products that are new, uninstalled, and sourced through our authorized distribution network

3. What Is Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow manufacturer installation instructions

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Modifications or alterations to the product

  • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended application

  • Damage caused by environmental factors, including corrosion, extreme temperatures, or road hazards

  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or identification markings

  • Labor costs associated with removal or installation

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Refer to the documentation included with your product for the specific terms applicable to your purchase.

4. Relationship Between Warranty and Return Policy

Our standard return window is 30 days from receipt. For defects or failures discovered within the 30-day return window, you may contact us to initiate a return under our Returns Policy. For defects or failures discovered after the 30-day return window, the manufacturer warranty process applies and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer of the product. PartsDirect.parts does not adjudicate warranty claims. RevolutionParts Inc will assist by providing manufacturer warranty contact information upon request.

Step-by-step process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or (602) 654-0207 with your order number and a description of the issue

  2. We will identify the applicable manufacturer and provide their warranty contact information

  3. Contact the manufacturer directly to initiate your warranty claim

  4. Follow the manufacturer's warranty claim process, which may include providing proof of purchase, photographs of the defect, and returning the product for inspection

  5. The manufacturer will determine the resolution — repair, replacement, or refund — in accordance with their warranty terms

Retain all product documentation and original packaging as these may be required by the manufacturer to process your claim.

6. Proof of Purchase

Your PartsDirect.parts order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase. Keep a copy accessible for the duration of the warranty period.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

RevolutionParts Inc does not provide any independent warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. We make no representations regarding the duration, scope, or enforceability of any manufacturer warranty. All warranty decisions, including approval, denial, repair, replacement, or refund, are made solely by the applicable manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevolutionParts Inc's liability in connection with any warranty claim is limited to providing manufacturer contact information and facilitating communication between the customer and the manufacturer.
