2. When Payment Is Charged

Payment is captured at the time of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is processed.

If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. See our Returns Policy for cancellation details.

All payment transactions on PartsDirect.parts are processed by PayPal Commerce Platform using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

• All prices displayed on PartsDirect.parts are in U.S. dollars (USD)
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• We do not currently process international orders or non-USD currencies

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Rough Country orders qualify for free standard shipping. All other brands are carrier-calculated. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
