• Description: Adapters are used to allow connection of standard brake lines to the different sized ports used in duel master cylinders. Simply match the male side of the adapter to the port connection on the dual master cylinder and the female side of the adapter to the brake line connection to be made. Adapters come in a retail-oriented clamshell package in a quantity of 1, a bulk Ziploc bag in a quantity of 10, or a small plastic bag in a quantity of 1. AGS Fittings include Tube Nuts, Unions (Couplers), and Adapters; used primarily in the automotive hydraulic braking, fuel, and transmission systems. Fittings are offered in a variety of packaging options, including: retail clamshells, bulk boxed, and plastic tray assortments. Automotive hydraulic brake fittings are formed to work with either SAE Inverted Double Flare (Domestic and Japanese vehicles) or ISO Bubble Flare (European and British vehicles). In either case, the fitting (whether a Tube Nut, Union, or Adapter) must be selected to match the end form of the tube or port it will be mating to or a proper seal will not be possible.
